In the center of Athens, on a main road in a typical bourgeois building of the 80s, a very unusual space of 44 m2 is located on a level between entrance and apartments. It was previously used as a storage area.

The peculiarity of the area is owned to its dimensions. That is a prism of 11,70 m. in length and only 3,75 m. in width which is unique lighting sources on the narrow sides. This space should be converted into a fully functional studio, building on each square to offer all the amenities to his owners, while not losing its unique character.

As already mentioned, this was a place used as a warehouse. That implies that the walls are run by different type of tubes, which are painted in bright colors and give character to the space.

Simplicity and clean lines, combined with the white color that dominates, give both breadth and brightness at the same time, so that the space looks bigger than its actual square.
